PUBLIC DISCUSSION ON THE DRAFT SPORTS ACT

The presentation of the draft Sports Act as the new societal agreement on Slovak sport and a public discussion on proposed solutions thereof continued on 29 April 2015 in Košice and on 6 May 2015 in Žiar nad Hronom. JUDr. Miroslav Hlivák, PhD., LLM., partner of our law firm, was once again among the presenters.

The working group entrusted with the drafting of the new Sports Act presented to the representatives of the sport associations, local governments and other participants of the public discussion the working draft of the Sports Act and, at the same time, discussed with these participants the new proposed legal regulation of the Slovak sport.
