THE FRIST PUBLIC DEBATE ABOUT THE FORTHCOMING NEW SPORTS ACT

The first public debate on the forthcoming new Sports Act called "The new Sports Act draft or setting the balance between the relations, interests and values in sports by a new legal regulation of sports" was held on April 22, 2015 at the DOUBLETREE BY HILTON HOTEL BRATISLAVA. One of the presenters and discussants at the public debate was JUDr. Miroslav Hlivak, PhD., LLM., one of the partners of our law firm.

The working group entrusted with the preparation of the new Sports Act presented the working draft of the Sports Act and at the same time discussed the proposed solutions of the new legislation of Slovak sport with the other participants of the debate.
