PARTNERS OF THE LAW FIRM SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA PARTICIPATED IN THE “SPORTS AND LAW 2015” CONFERENCE

The conference focused on the presentation of the proposed system of funding and managing Slovak sport as part of the draft Sports Act. The event was co-organised by our law firm SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA and our partners, JUDr. Peter Štrpka, PhD. and JUDr. Miroslav Hlivák, PhD., LLM., who has been a member of the working group since the beginning of drafting the Sports Act, were invited to a discussion.

The conclusions of the conference will be published at the website of the main organiser, the civic association Scholarly Legal Society, at www.ucps.sk and a collection of the conference papers will be published in a special issue of the professional magazine Magister Officiorum.
