2015 SEAL OF QUALITY

Every year, the National Information Centre of the Slovak Republic annually analyses the business environment and economic health of companies in Slovakia. In 2015, SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA Law Firm reported positive economic results in SIMS and the National Information Centre has issued the law office a SEAL OF QUALITY declaring the firm to be serious, economically stable, reliable and creditworthy.

The seal was issued for the law office’s 2015 financial results, where 716,314 businesses were assessed using five internationally recognised financial analysis methods, of which only 1.6% of the businesses were rated high enough to receive it. SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA Law Firm was considered worthy to join this selected group.

One of the most important criteria taken into account was Slovakia’s RAP index, a company risk analysis where companies score points according to their creditworthiness and bankruptcy models.

This assessment takes into account credit models that predict the future economic stability of rated entities.
