Team of professionals of Law office SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA has been replenish since March 2017 with associate JUDr. Ľudovít Havran

JUDr. Ľudovít Havran, advocate, born in 1987 in Poprad. In 2011 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Danubius University. He passed the rigorous examination in 2013, the topic of the rigorous thesis was „Alternative punishments“. He worked at the Law office AS Legal in Bratislava from 2010 to 2011 as the legal trainee. From 2011 to 2014 he worked as the junior associate at the Law office SOLICITOR SK in Bratislava.

He successfully passed the advocate examination in 2015. He became a member of the SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA Law office in March 2017. He specializes in business law, civil law and criminal law, especially contractual law, debt recovery, consumer protection law and representation of clients in criminal proceedings. He provides legal services in Slovak and English language.
