PETER ŠTRPKA HAS BECOME THE NEW CHAIRMAN OF THE DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE OF SLOVAK BAR ASSOCIATION

On 9-10 June 2017, the Lawyers' Conference took place in Incheba in Bratislava, an important part of which was the election to the bodies of the Slovak Bar Association.

During the conference, lawyers elected their representatives to the bodies of the Slovak Bar Association (SAK) and approved internal documents regulating the advocacy and functioning of SAK for four years.

The new Chairman of the SAK is JUDr. Tomáš Borec, the first Vice-Chairman of the SAK is JUDr. Tomáš Illeš and the Vice-Chairman for Foreign Affairs is JUDr. Ondrej Laciak.

SAK members also elected the partner of the law firm, JUDr. Petra Štrpka, PhD., and one of its leading lawyers, JUDr. Milan Gocník, LLM, the members of the Disciplinary Board. At the meeting of the Disciplinary Board of SAK held on 27.6.2017, JUDr. Peter Štrpka, PhD., was elected its Chairman.
