JUDr. MIROSLAV HLIVÁK, PhD., LLM ACCEPTED THE CANDIDACY OF THE COMENIUS UNIVERSITY LAW FACULTY TO CHAIR THE PUBLIC PROCUMERENT

After careful consideration and intensive discussions, JUDr. Miroslav Hlivák, PhD., LLM has been nominated by the Faculty of Law at Comenius University as a candidate to chair the Public Procurement Office.

The platform submitted by him for the Public Procurement Office and its development is based on three basic pillars:

1. Professionalising the PPO
2. Predictability in its proceedings and decision-making
3. Educating a new generation of public procurement specialists

With his candidacy, JUDr. Miroslav Hlivák seeks to utilise the experience he has obtained in the public procurement system while practising the law.
