"THEY KILLED KENNY!" OR REQUIEM FOR THE BILL?

On 15-16 November, 2017, the another year of the conference Management of Claims was held at the Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel.
The meetings of specialists from Slovakia and abroad in the area of business risk management, financing and claims insurance, contractual law, recovery and management of receivables were also actively attended by Peter Štrpka, partner of law firm SOUKENÍK - ŠTRPKA.
Twenty-one expert lectures were held at the conference during two days. Peter Štrpka made a lecture "They killed Kenny!" or a requiem for the bill? in which he focused on gradual legislative changes leading to the current paralysis of the use of the institute of bills of exchange in practice.
