SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA is proud to announce that as from January 1, 2013 JUDr. Miroslav Hlivák, LLM, who has been affiliated with our firm for many years, became a new partner in the law firm.

We are very pleased that JUDr. Miroslav Hlivák, LLM, has become a partner in our office, and brought our long-term successful co-operation to a higher level. We trust that Miro, an attorney with extensive specialist know-how, will represent an even greater contribution to our office as a partner.

JUDr. Miroslav Hlivák, LLM, specialises in a broad spectrum - from commercial law, administrative law, through to civil law focusing on real estate. He also provides legal advice in the area of sports law, mainly football, where he represents clients before the Slovak Football Association, the relevant FIFA bodies, and as the first Slovak attorney registered with the Slovak Bar Association, also before the Court of Arbitration for sport. He is a member of the Legislative-legal Commission of the Slovak Football Association, and the Vice-chairman of the Legislative-legal commission of the Bratislava Football Association. He is THE author of a number of specialist articles covering commercial law, civil law and sport law.
