RE-LISTING WITH THE BUSINESSES REGISTER OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT OFFICE

Pursuant to the provisions of § 128 of Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on Public Procurement and on amendments to certain laws, as amended by subsequent regulations, on November 16, 2013 SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA was re-listed with the Register maintained by the Public Procurement Office. This authorizes it to demonstrate in public procurement processes compliance with the participation requirements relating to personal status according to the aforementioned Act in the form of a certificate issued by the Public Procurement Office (registration number 2012/11-PO-C8076).
