DAVID SOUKENÍK, partner
JUDr. David Soukeník, LLM., advocate, born in 1975 in Vranov nad Topľou. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. He worked as a junior lawyer at the JUDr. Drahomír Tomčo Law Office, and also at the JUDr. Miroslava Bartková Law Office. He has participated in many legal audits, due diligences and acquisitions. He has been providing legal counselling particularly to large international companies. Besides other areas of practice, he also specializes in debt recovery. He has authored articles for professional journals and publications, and has drafted a number of legal analyses. His conference contributions have been published in numerous professional journals. He specializes particularly in commercial law with a focus on contract law and debt recovery law. He provides legal services in the Slovak and English languages. JUDr. David Soukeník has obtained security clearance from the National Security Authority for access to classified information - classification level “Confidential”.
