JUDr. Milan Gocník, LLM, advocate, born in 1978 in Žiar nad Hronom. In 2001, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, where he also successfully upheld the doctorate thesis and passed the doctorate examination in the field of administrative criminal law. Since 2006 he has been a member of the SOUKENÍK – ŠTRPKA Law Office and a leader of the branch office in Žiar nad Hronom. He specializes in civil law, administrative law and corporate law. During his legal experience (practice) he has participated in several due diligences, acquisitions and transformations. He also provides legal counselling and represents one of the top transportation providers in Europe. He figures in the list of European advocates (lawyers) of the Czech Bar Association.
