Martin Machyniak, senior associate
JUDr. Martin Machyniak, attorney-at-law, born in 1987 in Bratislava. He graduated from the Faculty of Law od Comenius University in Bratislava in 2010. During his studies he worked in law firm Rajnoha – Sakál as a paralegal and after graduation he continued to work there as a junior associate. In 2008 he successfully defended his rigorous thesis and passed rigorous examination in the field of civil law. In 2009 he successfully passed the bar examination and after taking the attorney’s oat he was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association as attorney-at-law on 1st of January 2010. He became a member of the SOUKENÍK - ŠTRPKA in 2016. He specialises on the area of business and civil law with focus on contract and corporate law.
