RESPONSE TO AN ARTICLE POSTED ON PLUS 7 WEEK WEB PAGE

Response to an article posted on PLUS 7 WEEK web page

On 25 August 2017, the article by the author Nina Košecká titled "The Battle for Lucrative Job: Several Controversial Candidates Want to Become the Chief of the Public Procurement Office" was published on the PLUS JEDEN DEŇ web site https://plus7dni.pluska.sk/Domov/Bitka-o-lukrativny-flek-Sefom-Uradu-pre-verejne-obstaravanie-chcu-byt-viaceri- the controversial-candidate, in which several false facts as to the partner of our law firm, JUDr. Miroslav Hlivák, PhD., LLM were stated, being thus capable of interfering with his personal rights. Due to the above mentioned facts, JUDr. Miroslav Hlivák, PhD., LLM sent to the publishing house News and Media Holding a.s. and to the Editor-in-Chief Nancy Závodská the Request to waive unauthorized interference with protection of personality, to eliminate the consequences thereof and to provide reasonable satisfaction for the publication of false information published in the article on the website plus7dni.pluska.sk, the wording of which is, due to the objectivity, published in its entirety.
